Man in the Tree

Man in the Tree

A Poem by Beemo
"

Haiku on the horrors of American Racism. Look at the picture if the poem isn't clear enough.

"
Brown and red was the man in,
The tree, swinging back and forth slowly,
Dripping red, eyes cold, dead,
Singed dark brown skin same,
Color as the tree which he hanged in.
