A Poem by joshua deathdealer
"

10/2013

"
a formulation has begun,
a breach on my thirsty heart

tulips grow up from the turned soil
that covers this grave, my secret place

a dry and empty wasteland,
my perpetual sickness

it has been so long since I have breathed
without the synthetic fallacies opening my lungs

ages have passed inside this shell,
this simulated casket

I am coming alive,
quickly waking up from this projected immortality

to walk the beautiful fields of life,
to feel the breeze touching my fingertips

if I could speak to you I would say...
through the seeds you have planted in this place

I have awoke to become adherent

transformed into a cavalier of charity

now forever a believer in hope

Such an emotive write!..This is heartbreaking, Joshua... you have an innate ability to stir wounds and pour liquid pain onto a white canvas. Although it hurts to read, there is peace in finding hope....

this is ground breaking heart felt stuff, and the picture you paint should be hung from souled noose swaying in exhales mouthed out between awe and struck...great piece

Ah...
A sigh of relief and a song of joy!
Hope is fragile yet is more powerful than a falling glacier and more persistent as well.
Fabulous Poetry here Joshua.
No candy coating, but true acceptance of life.

Nice write, I especially like the descriptions and imagery here:
"I am coming alive,

to walk the beautiful fields of life,
to feel the breeze touching my fingertips"

I admire your ability to craft your heart into a quite phenomenal arrangement of words. Damn dude, this is what makes writing worth it. Be proud.

Thank you Robbie. (: xo
I enjoyed the read as always. You still always seem to evoke emotions within me and at the moment I feel what you feel. I also agree with Lydi. It truly was heartfelt. Loved it. Thanks for sharing!

A beautiful artistic metaphor, by your trusty earth (almost nearly the earth of your soul) your veins black, one with the ground ...

"To walk the beautiful fields of life,
to feel the breeze touching my finger tips "

honey, you're close to me if you write about this ephemeral yet so immortal truth. ;) That's why we are so connected always. And oh yeah, screw the standard ;) !!!

There's always hope, even for mad men nor women ...
And You're such an example of how positivism should be.

Love and hugs, Josh, we mail take care! x
