reality

Nothing can be worse than reality

where nothing in this world is fair

and there's nothing to rely on

so what's really out there?

A life of false hope

and fallen remedies

no pure, warm hearts

everything below 0 degrees

All of your dreams

become little shards of a tainted mirror

it's always so hard

when you come back to reality

This is completely true. I have actually thought about writing a poem with the same topic lately. It's just crazy how reality can just completely get you down because it's so terrible. You can just get so lost in dream that when you come back to reality, you realize how horrible it is, how horrible the world is.
