Nice and simple. Many interpretations are possible. As you wrote, it's also a good reminder. I also interpreted it that understanding what "You" or "I" (which might have been better in general I think) means takes your entire life. It's in a way the meaning of life. There are other interpretations, but the note you wrote narrows it down if the reader wants to. Still beauty in simplicity and the option it provides for the reader. Great job!

Wow! A lot of ideas spur from three words. Either interconnected or not, it surely fills in the blank intentionally placed. :D

We or me can either replace the one in the middle. Just for thought, no man lives and dies as an island. For one day we must face birth and death in surprising ways we'll never know and even together. :)

I love it. Three words that provoke so much thought. You chose your life. You chose the path you take. You chose the people you love and the people you want to be surrounded by. You chose whether you want to marry have kids. You chose your career path. "You" defines so much that you don't need to mention anything else because everything stems from "You". Three words that say it all.

okay this is a complex thing to decipher and at 15 the best I can do is that between Birth and Death , the life we lead is our own. We can make the journey unforgettable or we can succumb to the moribund ways of it
