Being creative

Being creative

A Story by Jon Roggie

Irritation may lead to a stroke of genius,
or maybe it is the lack of sleep.

The past week my neighborhood has been in a festive mood.
Fireworks seem to be the common trend.

The dogs do not appreciate it,
and since they want to hide in my bed,
  I have grown tired.

Now,
 I could be confrontational.
  Maybe cause a scene,
but I have too many other things to do.

Besides,
I know they are just having fun.

However,
  I might get creative.

Forget some of the classes I have taken.
A few years of physics with all of the math which was required.

I have a large supply of bungee cords,
and I was unable to  gather all of the oranges this year.

The construction should be fairly easy.

Targeting will take some practice.

Hiif I ever get hit with a flyiing orange, i'll know to make less noise. :)
At least by being creatove, you have the satisfaction of writing it out your system, as well as picturing them splat off all those nuisances heads :)

It did help in the design phase. I think I can be set up in ten minutes, and evidence gone in two.
