Long walks

Part of being a tortoise,

 it is always a long walk.

Time seems to pass quickly,

  and you watch,

   while slowly moving forward.

Shake your head.

 Hard not to see the repeating cycles.

So you walk,

 and sometimes there is a strawberry.
