They roll like waves

They roll like waves

A Poem by Jon Roggie

It is a touch disconcerting.
There is no constant.
Growing in a state of chaos,
 and this is what happens.
So,
  I write.
Words are not only a combination of letters.
  Some state simple information.

Now,
 that took the edge off.
Let me take a breath before I begin.
Shake my hands
Get relaxed.
Joking.
I have no clue on what starts these momentary side trips.
Have you ever stood on a shore,
 watching the waves roll?
Constant rhythm.
It is like this.
All the writes are another wave.
We get to watch them roll in.

Speak from the heart, and write from the soul. Free yourself from within. And out it flows...

Nice way to phrase it.
I just play!
it's brilliant how they keep coming up with things to write about, my life is so simple now I have a hard time finding inspiration, that and most poets are tortured artists that have something to say, I'm ok makes a boring poem, I can't seem to work up enough need to say something lately. It takes more talent than i'll ever possess to write something when there is nothing left to say.
