Rage

anger is a strong emotion..difficult to handle

This burning feeling,
inside,
like waiting to destroy the sight.
So hard, so strong,
words can't describe,
its killing my soul,
inside.

I want to shout and yell,
at people.
I want to scream,
really loud.
No right, no good,
I can see now.
I just want it to,
end.

What's making me do it,
is still unknown.
I want to burn those things,
which are making me feel low.
I don't want to be angry,
or hurt, just loved.
Only your love can save me,
from this darkness.

Author's Note

i was feeling so angry..so, here the poem..an expression to my thoughts. by the end of the poem, my anger vanished..so, i guess its a new way to manage anger. :)

Yes, of course its a nice way to let your feelings out. Happiness or anger or pain, you write it, you express it as if you were talking to someone.

Anger as the short word as short as the poem "Rage" by you. Anger is quick emotion that comes and goes instantly. What is to be done to manage it simply calm down yourself and engage yourself in some or the other creative work as you have done. Thus you shall keep yourself aside from the mightiest feelings like smashing something comes across. Though simply you come out of the worset situation. The poem is so short but powerful in delivering message that is we must control the feelings of anger.

Yes. Sure . You can burn but the anger of people who feel outragious on some dire conditions...
