Cleansing Raindrops

Raindrops are falling

cleansing the earth

the air, and my mind

cleaning the cobwebs

that gathered with dust

to refresh my soul

 

I look up and feel

the drops- drip dropping

onto my face

my eyes, cheeks, and chin

it's cleansing feel

refreshes my body

 

I longed for this....

this cleansing

of my soul and mind

Now to work on the

cleansing of my heart

 

Can the rain do this?

wierdly it is raining as I read this....door open, listening to the sounds, smelling the smells. Perfect timing! Nice work, I liked the "drops, drip dropping". Very relaxing subject, very relaxing rhythym.
