This is a poem about the pain my wife and I faced through the trials of trying to conceive and deliver our first child. We endured two miscarriages prior to having �C�. All the hurt that came along with those losses cannot even compare to the joy that

I’m awakened by his birth

Suddenly aware of my existence

I see his eyes and I know

I was meant for here and now

No other time no other place

This is what is meant for me

She came along and picked me up

The time ordained by God

We had our joy we had our pain

Two angels not quite ours

They paved the way into our hearts

Our love so free to give

He entered in, the time now right

Our lives forever changed
