got nothing to say

got nothing to say

A Poem by john alan willox

woke up

got dressed

went to work

came home

ate and went to sleep

got nothing to say...

but in-between saw a woman in a short skirt,

saw a baby with a big smile,

saw a woman in a short skirt

saw a dog with a big smile,

saw a woman n a short skirt...

saw my reflection with a big smile...

got nothing to say.

Doesn't the smile...say it all
Hello fine sir
Nice to see you Holly

this is so cool...there are just some things that give us a smile...and the smile is all we need to say...that silent assent.

reminds me a bit of springstein's "dancing in the dark"

"i go to bed, feeling the same way...i'm just tired and bored with myself...hey baby, i could use just a little help"-----
