"Get It Straight"

This is a short story that was written in 55 words. Enjoy.

 

 Boom!  Boom! The nail was deep into the wall.

            “That picture isn’t quite straight,” irritated.

            “Oh, I’m sorry. So why did you and your wife split up?”

            “We didn’t, she died.”

            “I’m sorry, would you mind telling me how,” pushing.

            “You might not like it,” warning.

            “Try me,” risking.

            “She hung a picture wrong,” Dead.

Interesting and it gave me quite a chuckle. I found it an amusing short story. But I think within the limitations of writing a 55 word story that this is a very good job on that.
