I laugh at your foolishness

I laugh at your foolishness

A Poem by Writing4you12

I laugh at your foolishness
but I am no better

I try to show my maturity
but I know it doesn't get better

My thoughts and opinions can't be expressed through anger
I try my hardest but I still kind of linger

I laugh at you foolishness,
but I now see that I am foolish as well
My nonsense and anger are now dealt with
My love and maturity have risen higher
I am now even brighter

I like your poem...I think it expresses growth and emotions that change with that growth. To me, it means....there are two people, young, one has hurt the other and they are trying to deal with it, as best as young people know how...one of them finally realizes how to let go. Well done.
