Loves BattlefieldA Poem by Katrina Mckeown
They Fought For her Love
Strike to the Heart a Deep Damaging Blow As They fought with Swords of tempered steel blood like raindrops were all they could feel.
He'd been struck by his savage apponent his crimson blood mixed into the rain which fell fierce Victoriously he struck his attacker with a passionate rage until his apponent suffering enough flew from the stage
He'd fought In Loves Own Battlefield A Tormented Soul making an Eternal Cry of Passion For the Woman He Yearned
The lady in question was watching stirring with concern, Her heart Full of Passion Adrenalene Pumping through her Veins
Captivated by his refined Demeanor Her Cleavage Breathless in his Victory He was Pale and so Serious
Enticing and Inviting she Drew him into her Web of Ecstacy In a Morbid Calling Bursting Forth he Accepted in a Subdued Recklessness
With Touches of Raging Passion, Lustfully they continued while inhalling each others Essence Losing controll, in Hearts that Surrendered They needed to fall
Savage nights now Devour the Hours Away as they Devour Each other
Before any insecurities take hold
Both of them Knowing Loves a Battlefield.
