We met by fate

That much is true

Now I have to wait

To be with you

Remember our wrestling match

Remember our kiss count you have to make up

Remember our first phone call we were nervous and hung up

Remember the very first picture you sent

I hope you know how much all that meant

I hope you never say goodbye without heart and smiley face

I can't wait til our first embrace

I hope we never give up on us

I hope you never forget how we're in love

 

And I know nothing is perfect

But you're the closest I've ever been

I know we have our issues

Distance and boy and girl friends

But in the end,

I know it will all work out
