The Asylum

The Asylum

A Poem by Kacie Delane Davis

Screams

Bloodcurdling,reverberating off the walls

 Arms

Reaching,pulling at the bars

Blood

Staining,fills your nostrils

Souls

Damned,trapped and tormented

Death

In every room,putrid

Minds

Overflowing with chaos, currupt

Pain

In every pore, torturing

Terror

strong

Insanity

certain

That means so much to me. :)
Very dark and gripping. The horror is intense. A strong poem. Love the layout
that you used. Excellent work!

Well thank you.
The lack of superfluos detail makes this so much better. The key words only. This makes the message stronger and more powerful. Keep writing.
