My Suffering.

My Suffering.

A Poem by Tabitha Dings
"

This is a very old poem, written when I was going through some difficult situations. I wasn't relying on God, but I think it shows a lot of the darkness one can hold within them if they rely on their own strength to get through painful situations.

"

Cut me, burn me, slash away
Slake the inner anguish
You have scorned me so deeply
Ripped my soul in two.

I was faithful, loving, true
You destroyed my honor
I had joy once, you stole it
Raped my mind again.

Die you evil man creature!
Stop the torturous games!
Love me or leave me husband
Build me up again.

As I said, this poem was written during a dark time in my life. But I thought it might be interesting to show it to others.

I like this one best of all yours. Your passion shows and has stretched your writing. It is unfortunate that the subject matter has to be so depressing and sad. Where's my dictionary?

About
I'm normally a rather depressed creature, but I find solace in my son and my writing. Though God has been there through much of my pain, I feel that he gave me my writing for further comfort. I do hop.. more..
