We All Bleed Blood

We All Bleed Blood

Khalid;

She was sitting holding her iPod
Then, proudly, she raised her head
To tell me about her noble blood
A mixture between North America
 And some nations in Europe.
So, I had to take her as a kid!
I told her, I have the same blood
Like a tomato, my blood is colored red
Is your blood as white as an egg?
My blood is in the form of liquid
Is your blood formed gas or solid?
My blood is thicker than water,
Is your blood lighter than it?

isnt your blood also, made of cells,

some are white and some are red?

and plazma is there still?
My heart pumps my blood into veins
Does your heart pump your blood into bones?
Blood is blood, whatever the race
concerning your nationality, who cares?
You can be noble, only for your deeds
Not for your color, rank or breeds

Renee J. Martin

She smiled at his questions
his humor she now sees..

But she always knew
the same blood
runs through all of these

Cultures maybe different
a true delight, Its true!

But love, life and family
are the same for me and You

And nothing is as important

Than to remember this...

Take time to listen
 hold out your hand
work out the words
 you don't understand
do all things with respect
 love and kindness too
and in the end precious friends
will be bestowed to You...

ohyh ok, lets take this part by part!
firstly i loved your part of the poem, it points out the core point of the idea i had in mind when writing the "we r one" poem of mine. the fact that we all have the same blood no matter what kind of colour or nationality!!

for reen's part, i loved the ending paragraph...

friends wil be bestowed to you if you give the love and kindness
loved every single bit of it!!

A wonderful collaboration again between you two, a highly great message in it. All and everyone is the same, and we live on one planet. I adore this.

In my opinion, less is more. The argument that "we all bleed" has been made before. What makes these two poems different from that statement? I was looking forward to a different twist since you started off with the line about the iPod and the proud girl--I expected a more narrative poem that shows your point. The couplet at the end of your section is very strong, though I would slice the 's' off of "breeds." However, this is a wonderful step-up from the last poem as far as pure "telling" goes. The strong images of tomatos and pumping blood carried me through the piece.
