Kept to myself

Kept to myself

A Poem by AKhaus

I kept to myself when you were fading and crying out.
I stood by, steadfast and bold with my fake strength.
I could have fallen down, apart but I made no sound.
I'm sorry I kept it to myself as your world crumpled to the ground.
