"Crescent Moon"
(Crystal Clear Longing)
The silver moon strikes shards
Against the delicate balance of we
Like a cherubic angel aloft
Holding a single candle brightly
Cascading your skin in flourescent perfection
The stars shine in perfect cadence
As the wondrous silent creatures
Gaze in subtle curiosity at our anxious skin
Your mouth tastes of sweet strawberries
And your skin the softest silk
My heart trembles each time you are near
As we dance beneath the pale moonlight
Our hearts dance in synchronistic delight
Round the moon and past the dusty earth
A silent sonnet that plays for two
We embrace the countless infinities
That strike as we glance at one another
Like an exotic flowering unfolding
Neatly upon it's own crimson petals
Your sweet nectar imbrues itself
Upon my melancholy disposition
Let the dangerous dark impressions
Of forogtten heartbreaks and dissapointments
Fall to the ground as a jaded comet
With one kiss of your sweet lips
I fall upwards into the mystical sky
Joining other constellations
In the worshipful fascination
Of which you inspire
