Even Death may die

Even Death may die

A Poem by The Chosen
"

I used H.P. Lovecraft quotes from him and his books to write this. It was a class assignment and I really like it.

"

Fear

the oldest and strongest

Emotion of mankind.

Ultimate horror,

in a merciful way,

often paralyses the fragile mind.

The world is indeed comic,

but the joke is on us.

For it is true,

That which is not dead,

can eternal lie,

and with strange aeons,

even Death,

may die.

A rather dark look at the state of the universe, but a powerful one. Well written. Lydi**

Thank you very much. Many of my writings come out dark, whether I mean them to or not.
