A look of heavyheartedness

A look of heavyheartedness

A Poem by Kandy Kitt
"

difficult.

"
The afflicton of your words
are swords that can puncture.
Each one a batter at my soul.
You distort my meaning of life
as I am of adolescence.
With a mind that can be
molded and forged.
You push and shove
till I'm at the breaking point.
I'm about to fall over the edge.
You were supposed to save me.
My sweet mother dearest.
So who is my guardian now?

The *affliction of your words
I am *of adolescence.

Other than those two errors, this is quite good. Inspiration draws best from personal experience and your mama seems to be chock full of inspiration (sadly under dire circumstances). I realize that this is a rough time right now but writing things like this are great ways to release pent-up emotion. Keep on writing my girl
