Aster

Aster

A Poem by SpiceCookie
"

White, pink, lavender, and red.

"
Walking in a field full of

Asters

Surrounded by
White, pink, lavender, and red

What beautiful flowers they are

How they flow in the wind

It almost looks like god painted them by hand

Each petal a strip of colour dancing in the sky

Bright against the blue

Forming a circle of ovals, protecting the yellow inside

It's like

The yellow is a

castle

And the petals are the walls

They seem too beautiful

To ever leave them.

But I know

It's time to go home.
