A Poem by Nami Machae

Come here, Child
Let me rip out your still beating heart;
and throw it away;
like you want me to.
If ignorance is bliss
Then you must be in Heaven
When you think that a cry for love
Is all it takes.

Don't worry, Child
I will be rough and ruthless
I'll give you exactly what you want
Because it's not what you need.
Slow and savory is not my forte,
Though you'll never see that
You'll do whatever you need
To get to me.

That's right, Child.
 go ahead and breathe me in
Let me suffocate you
I will become your addiction
Because it's what you want.
Deception has never felt to right
But are you really being deceived?

Nami Machae
This is something I wrote about the Monster that honestly, after reading it, can be about some people as well.

Let me know what you think!
