Musta got lost

Musta got lost

A Poem by Donald Meikle

emptiness engulfs me
empathy is bound
gone, after swearing to never
ethereality cannot comfort
ocean waves of echoed heartache
crash on fog hid jetty stone
tribulations shake an inner core
Oddly never wanted anymore
what is it really for
This net of inter has entangled
without touch

Your touch eternally resounds in my cold toes and tingling fingertips. Hummingbirds, luv. You are mine in this net of inter.

etherally yours, i be.

Hmm this was a different poem, not only an observation from afar....this was about an inner conflict, perhaps a loss or a wrong decition. The ocean waves correspond with the tension of the feeling; this has been reflected in this psychologically interesting poem. thanks!
