"Tell me what" I said suspiciously



Every fiber of my being told me I should be scared, but I wasn’t. 



Matt stepped forward.



"Lexie..." he started



"Let’s not do this here" Tyson interrupted. 



"He’s right" Matt said



"Do you want to come in" I gestured to the door.



"Yes" Tyson entered my house. 



They all walked in and I sat down on my couch. 


Kyle sat down and Tyson and Matt stood. 



"Lexie...we aren’t ...normal..like you are" Tyson struggled for the right words. I’d never seen him like this, he was always so smooth and collected. 



"We haven’t exactly been honest with you but we just don’t want to scare you" Matt said



I looked at them blankly.



"Lexie...were...Demons." Matt said



"Oh.." I said. The hair on my neck prickled a little, but I shook it off.

"Oh? is that all? you’re not scared?" Kyle said baffled



"Well I expected something normal...like you were on the run from the cops because you all assisted in a bloody assassination of multiple people so now your on the run ..." I said 

They looked at me still baffeled



"You mean you aren’t scared that we aren’t...human" Matt said 



"No I guess not" I said

. 

"So you don’t care that were Demons?" Kyle said

 shocked

"Actually I’m not that surprised..." I said



"Why not" Tyson questioned



"Well you guys are all oddly ....beautiful...like more than normal so it just doesn’t surprise me that your mythical" I said with a laugh



They all burst into laugher



"Plus your all really strong" I said 



"Yeah that is part of it" Kyle said



"Um can you guys...read minds?" I said



“Yeah" they all said in unison


“Crap" I said



"It’s okay...I was very entertained by your thoughts the day I met you" Tyson said



"Oh god" I said remembering how I blushed because of how hot I thought he was



"Its okay...I cant say I wasn’t thinking the same" he said and I smiled




"I thought it was hilarious the day I met you" Kyle said



"Can you ..uh see things in my mind too?" I asked


“Haha oh yes! Your thoughts are always amazing, especially on the day we met.” Kyle said.

"Don’t even get me started on the day we met...we almost kissed" Matt said 


‘'Oh yeah " I said remembering how close our faces were.

"and Lexie… I heard what you were thinking about me and Nancy. And you didn’t make it awkward...I did…I just didn’t want you to get hurt..." Kyle said

 "Lexie...You don’t know how easily I could kill you...your so incredibly...fragile I’m always so careful." Matt said 



"That’s the same with all of us...you could be killed so easily if we weren’t in complete control at all times around you. " Tyson said



"Were dangerous...were...monsters" Kyle said clenching up



' I don’t care' I thought to myself



"What?" Tyson’s head snapped up 



" You don’t care if every second you are around us you’re risking your life" Matt said



"You don’t care that I could...kill you" Kyle said 



"No" I said



“Why” Kyle said almost disgusted

“Because you wont” I said

I take it your a fan of twilight. i enjoyed this chapter but its getting a little to close to twilight for my liking
