At myself

Only in my darkness

Can I look

The true voice in me

What I hate so much

As myself

Does exist

A very different man

That no one sees

There is a revelation to this, for most of us do not see ourselves as others do. A true enigma of life!

There's three primary ways we form our self image... how we personally see ourselves, how other's see/treat us during our interaction's, and how we think other's actually see us independent of those interactions. All three ways are extremely prone to distortion and inaccuracy. I don't think anyone truly has a 100% accurate picture of themselves or of anybody else for that matter. We're all a little bit self delusional I think, or maybe that's just my own self delusion talking.
