What you’re asking your reader is a very painful if not impossible thing to do. To look closely, to see things as they really are, to face the dreadful and the formidable. Isn’t it vastly more soothing to keep our eyes closed, be less than brave and embrace the illusions life spins for us? I wish I could David...for this is all I have ... and graves are graves regardless of what adorns them...

It's not about graves... it's about what will make them pretty. And that can only be sorted out while you're living.

The Egyptians had the right idea, but, they went a little overboard. (did you know that most of the pharaohs of the later dynasties were all borderline retarded with down syndrome because they inbred so much?) I gotta stop dropping bizarre of topic responses... I already seem weird enough

The Egyptians were crazy. If a VIP died, they buried all his stuff, his harem and his staff along with him. know about the pharaohs. And indeed, incest wasn’t a dirty word then :)
