Grieving Rain and the Suns Hope

I stand outside

Sky now filled

With thee gloom of

Despairing Sadness

Rain clouds all around

Clouds crying as their

Tears of Despair rained upon the

Earth

I stand there all alone

The tears of thee sky were

My only companion

Tears drip down my face

Along with the crying sky

Crying for the one

Who brought me into this world

Who death has taken

Hours of tears were now shed

Till now no tears remained

From both the despairing sky and me

Now leaving a gloomy sky

Filled with dark clouds of despair

Radiant light of hope

Drove away all sadness that

No longer filled the sky

Now filled with

Warmth and happiness

I know that the mother

I lost

Will not be in body

But in thy heart is

Where she is
