Far from perfect.

Far from perfect.

A Poem by Living Proof.

Silver moons,

Gold skies.

You can see through everyone's lies,

In a perfect world.

No war,

All peace.

Discrimination would suddenly decrease.

In a perfect world.

I wish I may,

I wish I might,

You could wish on a shooting star, late at night.

In a perfect world.

But this world is far from perfect.

Living Proof.
Yet again, spontaneous poem. I was bored.

I like the pattern and the idea--it flows really well together.

Have you thought about expanding your descriptions? I want to hear more about the skies and moons, war and peace. Play with some adjectives--I feel it would really add depth.

Great flow of a realistic view in poetic form.. I believe though that life is what you make it.. poor or rich.. there is happiness and sadness for all people.. it's just a matter of choice.. it comes from WITHIN you and I.. a state of mind and being.. I am a dreamer.. an optimist.. I am hated by many for this.. I do have sad moments too.. I dream to escape the realities of the real world.. we all need to escape.. your writing will be related by mostly all as it is reality.. thank you for sharing.. and you are right.. nothing is perfect that is for sure! Keep it up!!! =)
