Oh how well I understand this. They took away a grant from me at the last moment, which forced an added 1k on me that I couldn't pay.. still cannot pay so no degree for me and I cannot even get my school records.. they've delayed my career as a college professor for 11 years now... sad what they can do to you.. you expressed this so very well.
