Colors

Colors

A Poem by Prototato
"

A personal experience.

"
Although my time with you has been short
And throughout your numerous retorts
You walked into my way
A world shaded with Grey
And spread tones and shades across my mind's fort

Sending me shades of bright white
Simply because it felt right
You let me see
Who I should be
And showed me my colors, turned on the light

You have shown me a mural
Every possible spectacular color, unfurled
Giving my heart and soul
Despite being ever so foul
A chance with a truly beautiful girl

You have awoken all of my senses
With an inspiring independent lesson
About what to see
When I look at 'We'
And blasted dancing lights my direction

Now you are leaving for awhile
And in an amazing act of guile
I worte this for you
My love, so true
And I will brighten my life, tile by tile.
