the beauty in the beast

Darkness sounds the beast

he is waiting in solitude

evil tries to feast

his constant battle shows in atttitude

 

She walks with the light of day

waiting with only half her soul

there in her mind he has something to say

their love has an endless toll

 

he is her dark

she is his light

freedom is stark

conquest comes by night

 

through blood they are bound

kept together by love

the light to his darkness is found

none other can he think of
