I don't KNOW what change is coming or even if anything WILL change in the long run but discontent with the status quo is always a given and life is never fair - it just ALWAYS happens.

Yes, you can interpret this in many ways. I'm not sure they are always hopeful but there will be change and we can often nudge them in the right direction.

Short and sweet, there does seem to be a resonance of chaos I pray leading to change on more than just one level. Hopeful lines, let them be so!
