The Tears She Could Not Cry

There were tears she could not cry
and so much pain which filled her life
so much anger lied in her heart
which was tearing her apart.
She went to church to find a friend
and for her broken heart to mend,
but what she found was nothing but lies
and nothing but silent and painful cries
of people who were being used
and hurt very deeply from all the abuse.
All under the guise, of the father's love,
which lies up in heaven, way up above.
She went to church looking for God,
but what she found was definitely not.
Now she has even more pain in her life
and is stuck with the tears,
that she still cannot cry.

Sometimes that pain is so great that we search for salvation and answers, that release from the prison that we have built inside our hearts.. We get frustrated and disheartened at every turn unable to find the answers that we seek.. The angel that can deliver us from the pain.. The understanding that will allow us to release the fears, the hurt, and enable us to let go and move on... The hand we can hold that allows us to lean on them and pour our emotions out showing that vulnerability and give us strength we need to overcome and rise from the ashes.. release the bonds that hold us back and keep us in the depths of our despair... nicely done again my friend.. you write with great depth of emotion and honest real feeling..
