the beauty of breath

the unreachable and

hard to contemplate kind

of beauty.

 

have you ever thought

about it?

i mean really hard

what a single breath can do.

 

during those anxiety moments

just a deep breath is what it

takes,

to calm the raging sea.

 

when that fierce volcano

of rage is boiling close to

spilling point...

a deep breath keeps it in.

 

when there is a civil war

between your heart and mind..

a breath of pure fresh air in a calmenvironment

is the best weapon to conquer it.

 

God gave us breath...

to stop any anticipated problems.

how great is that??
