APOLOGY

these are just some unfinished lyrics to a song I am writing this is the first verse

APOLOGY

 

This is my apology

I'm sorry that my lies provided me with ammo

To ruin your life

Hatred's my gun and lies my camo

 

I'm sorry but I don't want you back

I don't want to make you my wife

But this lie is the biggest mistake I've made in my life

 

I'm trapped in this cage

No one is coming to my aid

A victim of my own rage

Because of the life choices I've made

 

This guilt is my punishment

No wait my consequence

My lies is my prison

And this feeling is my death sentence
