i couldn't see the milky way

i thought i had found the one

i think i might be mistaken

i let my heart be taken

it’s too late there’s nowhere to run.

why didn’t i just listen

they all said i was impulsive

not only that but self-destructive

my tears are falling my face does glisten

it doesn’t take much to woo me

it’s how i got here in the first place

i was told our union came from grace

i think i sold my soul to his poetry

he vows his love for me is true

of this i have no doubt

so why do i brood and pout

it’s because they feed me poison soup.

at the end of the day i’m still in love

even if i look for reasons to go

it’s best to just go with the flow

how can i question what’s sent from above?

why so Critical? analytical? where's the emotional tone behind the verse? (to you the reader of course) the way it feels to me is that you have been betrayed so many times and you are blinder than if you were in a pitch black cave with nothing to guide except the smell of sickly-sweet candy syrup wafting through the air might sound nice at first yet what is the real delight hmm? well not much in sticking around i know that i guess the way it speaks to me is that i feel a similar about someone who i met so we have equal understanding one more thing what gave you the inspiration for the name of the poem and why ? 555/100 in my opinion in fact in my truth =>
