Has it not become colder?

Has it not become colder?

A Poem by Maxwell M.
"

depressionista at its finest

"

our stars just won't shine as bright.

it's as if they lost their cause.

could they only find their meaning.

could they only have that heart.

has it not become colder?

it's just a delusion of grandeur.

no voice of which to speak out.

it's just hope.

maybe a loss of heart.

maybe a gain of apathy.

but we won't know until they say..

we won't know until they say so.

running full steam ahead captain.

full on into a wall of sadness.

the likes of which we all will learn.

but bitter thoughts will only break us.

break us into the state of mind we don't want..

one we don't ever want to be in.

it's just hope.

maybe a loss of heart.

maybe a gain of apathy.

but we won't know until they say..

we won't know until they say so.

if we could only find that heart to say it.

that gain of confidence to say what we always wanted to.

but we won't.

we don't know how.

and there is no teacher for this.

Very interesting form - I like the visuals - the idea of depression as a cold front. Nicely done!

Awesome poem bro. I really enjoy the dark side to it. You are getting your thoughts down and it's coming out beautifully. Awesome job.
