Before I start watching Pretty Little Liars and all my other TV series, I wanted to touch briefly on some worldwide news that has sprung to my attention.

Legalizing Rape.

Are you serious right now? If you're reading this and seem a little confused, let me summarize it a little bit.

So basically this man, Roosh V (that's what he goes by), writes books and novels and one of his ideas is to legalize rape on private property. He believes that this will actually lower the amount of rape that happens against woman since it won't be in public places.

Uh hello, you lower the amount of rape by making it illegal everywhere. 

Roosh V is a sexist and racist person as well, saying horrible things against homosexual males and towards certain races.

There is a meeting taking place in 43 countries, one of them being mine in 10 different places across my country, where straight males only will meet from 8 to 8:20pm. Here they will give a "secret message" (the secret message is literally written on every news article) which will then give you another location to meet. Media and government officials call this a "rape gathering", which I completely agree with.

As a young woman myself, I am absolutely terrified. There is a meeting taking place in my city at the downtown mall and how could I feel safe knowing that is happening?

This blows my mind that this is happening.

It's disgusting and it appalls me.
