Symphony of Destruction - The Third Movement (The Bloodstained Moon)

Symphony of Destruction - The Third Movement (The Bloodstained Moon)

A Poem by Undying Glory
"

Finally some time to type again. Another instalment in the Symphony of Destruction poem series that I'm writing. Hope you enjoy it!

"
Symphony of Destruction - The Third Movement (The Bloodstained Moon)

Upon the lands torn asunder and the poisoned fields
Across valleys of fire and the rising storm of steel
Beyond the world of eternal demises
Behold! the bloodstained moon arises.

Beneath dying suns of hope and fading stars of dawn
Beyond mountains of ice and bitter reckoning of the wronged
Inside you the mortal fear arises,
Hungering for the pain and suffering of the enemy
As your blades thirst for blood and vengeance.

Among sinister tales before and dawn as it breaks
Now the monster within you awakes.

What blinds us now, from the terrible truth buried inside?
While you bathe in the rivers of blood that they've cried
Beyond dark, brooding clouds under tarnished sun
Cry with glee now; more lives have become undone.

As the dawn of darkness beckons upon fire and frost
As falling stars of virtue die upon shattered earth and moss
As one by one they fall, screaming as they fought
Yet our eyes see not the carnage that our hands have wrought.

The world explodes before us.
The world is no more.
Victory.

Howling winds of pain are all that remain
Upon the ashes of gloom, and the throes of doom
Heralding the rise of the bloodstained moon.

Is this what we've become?

Strong words create a bad vision. Sad part the words can become true if we don't change the world way of thinking. The leaders of this world. Thank you for amazing poem.
