Wind

 His love for me

Was like the wind

Soft-spoken and light

But when he admitted his love

That simple wind became a storm

It thrust me around

I could feel it

It was tangible

It was exilerating

 

But then the storms calmed

And your wind blew in another direction

For another soul to feel

But what you dont realize is

My wind

Still whispers your name

When your wind left

It swept my heart away.
