Music Box

Music Box

A Poem by mischeif
"

Sweet and sorrowful

"

A ripple on water

Tears of slaughter

Yet no sound that could wake an otter

As quiet as bells

A music box sounds

Lulling into a gentle spell

No star was there to sing

No moon had risen with its rings

Drifting off on wings

Living is now nothing more than a dream

Tears on the water sing

Listening to the sweet sorrow

The music box sings

I watched A Series of Unfortunate Events for the first time in ages and loved the sweet music box song.

That's gorgeous and the picture is excellent. I liked the flow, the rhythm, the pace and the imagery. I see how the movie ties in, too. :P
