Monster

Monster

A Poem by Amy

My body is all purple,

I was beaten once again,

every time he hits me,

he is satisfied that he won.

Tears stream down my face,

I can’t bare his stinging strikes,

A heartless, selfish, b*****d.

He never sees me cry.

My body aches in agony,

my eyes are swollen shut,

I can’t even breathe,

I no longer believe.

I’m living with a monster,

Who I claim to love?

My dreams of happiness are shot to hell now,

I’d rather be dead.

its so sad that some women will get along with this kind of hell,in theory some say that some women like it ,especially if the beating comes from some one loved, they even go as far as say ,like it to be beaten they say its kind of sexually motivated, and i say its very dirty to hurt a woman no matter the explanation ,i will go for only one its an animal who hits a woman, and nothing will change my conviction,i was really sad to read this,it should never be this way
