To Dance

To Dance

A Poem by M J Moore
"

We had to describe our best attribute. Another challenge piece.

"

With auburn hair that cascades down her back,
It’s rich and shines with the sun’s striking light,
And teal blue eyes that capture all she sees,
A glowing golden skin kissed by the sun,
But these are not the assets she holds dear

No...no...no...

Her mind is like a cave, to be explored,
Deep and vast, dark and quiet, waiting for light!
Her heart is strong, forceful and devoted
Her wit is biting, striking, and waiting
For an innocent bystander to prey

Her misery is quiet but present
Her loss infinite, not calculated
But her smile omnipresent to all
The music in her ear letting her dance
For the world to ignore and let her be

About
I want to be different some days. Some days I'm perfectly happy and content being me. I think in third person. I don't like to cry. Only 2 people can make me cry. I tend to strike out when I'm sad o.. more..
