Surround yourself as ye will
Fear is most afeard of effort
 
Keep the gate as ye may
Effort is that which uproots fear
 
Raise high the walls as ye want
Fear is by effort escaped
 
Fear boasts great things
Yet is he by effort tempered
 
In the abundance of fear
Is the house of effort builded
