Very nice work Mai. The juxtaposition of life and death, danger and safety, are well presented. In life there lies many dangers and in death lies nothing but the certainty that there are no dangers. This poem clicked a few things together in my brain and caused a little idea rummaging. Thank you for sharing this. I hope to read more from you in the future.

very few really do live, they are too preoccupied with being safe, from death...

i remember a poem that once said..."to live, each must die"---

yes, there is certainty...but one certainty needs to be to make the most of our time here on earth...it isn't that long.
