Just Another Girl

Just Another Girl

A Poem by TransparentHearts

Just

Just Another Girl

Looking past me unlike before

Left me begging inside for more

Crumbling into ruins and rubble

Just living inside another bubble

I wasn’t asking for the world

Broken away and tearing apart

It’s a long haul, but this is a start

If you never see me again I apologize

Not standing the pain that loves to rise

Just another girl

Staring back at me

Finding the words to explain is not easy

Words bury deeper than the surface

Deep down in the depths of another place

Breaking away the already severed ties

The friendship seemed unflawed and unscarred

Became blackening and charred

This rift mustn’t go on, yet it will

Empty glasses never to refill

Just another girl in your eyes

Sad, seems like she is very heartbroken and doesn't feel special in this someone's eyes anymore, she's just another girl in a lot of pain. Very well done. I like this.
