This is a submission in response to a call to all WritersCafe members to cancel memberships, but was "cleverly" disguised as a contest.

There once was a dude we’ll call “Dark”

Began a contest on a lark

He called for revolt

Turns out he’s a dolt

Save your work, lesson learned, poor dear “Dark”
