A Poem by Nancy Lee Shrader

Intertwined

Hearts in the moment intertwined
Blended forever in the soul
Whispered moments of love divine
We’ll walk on the wild side this night

Blended forever in the soul
Hearts open to a new surprise
Love's graffiti written within
As flashes of color explode

Whispered moments of love divine
Ears hear the mesmerizing tone
As hearts sing of the whispered love
Awake my heart in ecstasy

We’ll walk on the wild side this night
Delighting within love’s sweetness
In firework display we rapture
Attaining completeness of soul

Nice use of the form, though in this particular form, I prefer there to be rhyme. My subjective thought. Wonderful emotions expressed.

This is a beautiful piece engulfed in romance and a hint of sensuality. Favorite lines:

"Love's graffiti written within..." "Whispered moments of love divine" ~ Lovely.
